The Amazing World of Cuddly

This my small blog. I am a teddy bear who is 9 years old and have travelled the world with my brothers and sisters.

Fluffy clouds

Here we are high in the sky. Harry says it looks like a field of candy floss.

On the way home

It was a nice holiday, here we are on the way home and at San Francisco International Airport. I am with Craig, taking the picture.

Star

This is Star. She is very friendly and well behaved. I gave her my Mickey Mouse ears. :) Whilst we were at Disneyland we won a soft toy which we gave to her to have as a nipple. When we move into our new home, she will be doing the long journey from San Francisco, across the Atlantic to Paris, and from Paris to Harpenden.

Goofy

I got to meet Goofy. I didn't realise that he was so big, on the screen he only looks a few inches tall but in reality he must be about 7 foot tall.

Little birdies

Whilst we were having a pretzel in Downtown Disney these little birds started to appear from nowhere. They were very friendly and didn't mind a pizza topped pretzel, although I am sure their bum will be burning later as the pizza topping was very spicy. The birds just kept appearing and it got to the point where it felt like we were in Alfred Hitchcock's "The Birds" as they swarmed back and forth from the bushes.

Big American trains

We all went to the Sacremento Train Museum. We met up with our good friends Ronn and Heather. It was great fun. I got to see lots of big American trains.

Waiting at the train station

Here I am at the old town Sacramento station in the background. It isn't a station anymore and has been converted into a store, shame. I would have liked to have seen some of the steam trains from the museum actually running on the track, but most Americans prefer to drive than travel on trains. :(

Whoosh! Splash! Mmmm food

Here is a picture of me with Teresa in the Blue Bayou resturant. We had a wonderful meal. Owen, Emily, Marisol, Grandma, Craig and Sarah joined us for the meal. It was really fun when the people on the Pirates of the Carribean ride went by.

Blue Bayou

Here I am with Grandma at our table in Blue Bayou resturant which overlooks part of the inside of the Pirates of the Carribean ride! The resturant was very posh, but Teresa knew his already and got us a reservation ahead of time. We ate wonderful food, including a sandwich Monto Cristo which has powered (icing) sugar on it and is meant to be dipped in jam, yum!

Sitting back enjoying the ride

Here is me posing on Teresa's knee in the car on Autotopia. I took off my sun glasses as it was overcast and wet.

I can drive!

I got to help Craig to drive on Autotopia. I would make the car drive to the left, but Craig was always able to correct that.

Autotopia

Here is me in front of Autotopia at Disneyland. I love Autotopia as it is the only time I get to drive a car. I am too small normally.

Small Small Hell on earth

The Small World ride can be okay for the first few minutes, but after 13 minutes of being on the ride you do get to the point where you want to say "Please shot me".

Gently floating along

This is me on Small Small World at Disneyland. I got to sit at the front of boat as we floated around.

No matter what people say, the most terrifying ride at Disneyland is Small Small World. It is 13 minutes of hell and there are rumours that people have jumped overboard to save themselves from going insane.

California Adventure

This is a picture of everyone who went to Disneyland and Disneyland California Adventure with me. We were joined by Owen Wilson for the day. :)

Terror Tower

I was too small to go on this ride as they require everyone to be taller than a foot, but here is a picture of everyone on Terror Tower at Disneyland California Adventure. Owen is holding onto the front for dear life. :) The little girl on the second row looks terrified. Teresa's mum came off the ride saying 'I hate you, I hate you!', despite her laughing.

No dancing in the boat

No dancing in the seat, well thats what the warning message looked like, not remain safely in your seat. :)

Big Thunder Mountain Railroad

We all went on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad and as you can see Owen is being very cheeky again. ;)

Disneyland

There was a great view from our bedroom. That is Disney's California Adventure behind me.

LA Pez Convention

We all went to the Pez Convention in LA. It was fun, but I didn't get to meet any other bears who collect Pez. :( Grandma would look after the room when I wasn't around.

Born to be Wild

I like smoke and lightning
Heavy metal thunder
Racin' with the wind
And the feelin' that I'm under
Yeah Darlin' go make it happen
Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once
And explode into space

Like a true nature's child
We were born, born to be wild
We can climb so high
I never wanna die

Born to be wild
Born to be wild

Get your motor runnin'

Get your motor runnin'
Head out on the highway
Lookin' for adventure
And whatever comes our way
Yeah Darlin' go make it happen
Take the world in a love embrace
Fire all of your guns at once
And explode into space

Route 5

It was a very long drive from San Francisco to LA on route 5. I got to sit in the front seat whilst Teresa and her sister Sarah were stuck in the back. The road just kept going and we just kept seeing trucks.

Long long trip

It was a long flight, but this time we flew in Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy so it was a much nicer flight generally. I had space to spread out and was given a free glass of champagne when I sat down. *hiccup*

Keanu Reeves

At the BAFTA awards party we got to see many famous people and Teresa got to talk with many of them. The picture above shows Keanu Reeves, who got out of his car and was strangely drawn towards us instead of the red carpet and the door. He was very nice. :)

James Bond aka Pierce Brosnan

I couldn't believe it. I got to meet James Bond, Pierce Brosnan. He was just destined to wear a suit as he looks so daper. It is a real shame that he won't be playing James Bond anymore. :(
