The Amazing World of Cuddly

This my small blog. I am a teddy bear who is 9 years old and have travelled the world with my brothers and sisters.

Furry is finally coming home

We finally have a date when we'll be moving into our new home, June 13th. This means that my brother Furry who is in storage can finally come home. I have missed him very much. He is nearly as old as me and for the last year and half we have been apart. I bet he has lost a lot of weight. Here is a picture of him and me when we used to live in Hampstead.

Star Wars: Revenge of the Teddy Bear

I found that I had the force after I had gone in the washing machine, came out, dried off and then put on a robe. I was able to move donuts through the air using my mind and exhibited the abilities of yoda. ;)

Fluffy bunny slippers

After the bath I was nice and clean. I borrowed the dressing gown and slippers from Sleepy. Do you like my bunny slippers?

Let me out!

I persuaded Sparky to join me in the washing machine. To protect us I got Teresa to put us in a pillow case and then she sewed it shut. The last time I went into a washing machine I lost some of my fur, so I didn't want to lose anymore. It wasn't very nice going around especially when it went onto fast spin, but we came out clean.

Bath time

I finally got to the point where I needed to take a bath. Here I am just before going into the washing machine. You can see how grubby I am. I was originally white. :)

Party time

Here, Sarah and I are blowing out the candles on our cakes. Teresa is holding me back so I don't get too close to the candles. She didn't want me going up in a ball of fire.

Time to celebrate

I share my birthday with Teresa's sister Sarah. She was over from America for a holiday. We got her a birthday cake too. Here I am with Sarah.

Mr Men birthday cake

I was eight on May 7th. Teresa got me a fruit cake for my birthday. I was very happy as I love fruit cake.

Wow that cow is going fast

It is always great fun to look out of the window, but is even more fun on the Eurostar as it goes so fast. Whoosh, there goes a tree. Whoosh, there goes a cow. Whoosh, there goes something else.

Journey home

I was all set on the way home. I had my sour goofy sweets and my bottle of water. What else could a bear ask for, other than a donut!

French people

Here we are on the way home. There were some odd French people on the train. This one French family seemed very friendly to each other to the point where it freaked me out. If you were there then you would have thought to yourself 'that is just wrong'.

Motuers.... Action!

Motuers... Action! This was a really cool stunt show. The cars go flying around at such high speeds. It was amazing and really cool. I had never seen anything like it.

Finding Nemo

I love Finding Nemo. When Sarah and I saw a Bruce display, we had to take a picture in front of it. When you look at the photo it looks like Bruce is painted, but he is actually coming out of the picture to give some 3D realism.

Bang Crash Kaboom

If I look nervous then that is because I am. That oil tanker is just about to go bang as it ignites. The movie tour ride at DLP is good, but not as good as going around Universal studios.

Walt Disney

I wonder what Walt Disney is actually pointing at in this picture, "Yeah Mickey, look at Goofy, hes fondling that tourist over there!". Please note that I am pointing off to the right. :)

Elvis Goofy

We found ourselves being greeted by Goofy in an Elvis outfit when we went into the Disneyland Studios. I don't think he realises that I am in Sarahs arms and it seemed like he was trying to cop a feel. Sarah was very afraid.

He's trying to eat me

I was a bit frightened when I came across this crocodile in the Rainforest Cafe. I was even more frightened when he opened his mouth ready to take a bite out of me. I am sure that I wouldn't taste very nice as I am all fur and no meat.

Time for food

Here I am with Sarah. We were waiting in the Rainforest Cafe for our food to arrive. I get to share all the food that Teresa and Sarah ordered.

Stampy

We went to the Rain Forest cafe in Disneyland Village. I made a new friend, his name is Stampy. He is a big elephant and lives there with all his other animal friends.

Choo Choo

You all know how much I love trains. Here I am on the Disneyland Railroad. The people looked at me odd, like they had never seen a teddy bear before.

Space Mountain Mission 2

I love rollercoasters. Here I am sitting up front on Space Mountain Mission 2. We went on the ride and it was great fun. If you ever get a chance to go on it then you have to visit Paris and have a go.

Storybook land

I will be your guide through the storybook land. To your right you will see a bridge which we will be going under shortly. Please keep your belongings with you at all times and punch rude French tourists whenever you can. Thank you.

Here on the ride is...

Here I am again on Small Small World pointing toward the carosel in the background. This version seems more bearable than in the one in LA. HA HA bear-able! Sometimes I crack myself up.

Hollywood

I got to go to Hollywood in Small Small World. One minute I am in Paris and the next I am in America. ;)

Your tour guide through Small Small World

We went on Small Small World at Disneyland Paris. Here I am just about to go under a bridge.

Alice in Wonderland

We went into the Wonderland maze and saw the 6 7 and 8 of clubs painting the roses red. There were lots and lots of people who wanted to take their pictures with them.

What happens if you can't pay your bill

There were plenty of pirate scum locked away below. I thought that Disneyland staff weren't allowed to have facial hair. ;)

Pirates of the Carribean

The sun finally came out. Here I am in front of the pirate ship near the Pirates of the Carribean. Ghar' Jim Lad. :)

Disneyland Resort Paris

Here I am with Sarah at the gates of Disneyland. I was really looking forward to going to Disneyland even though a grey cloud was looming above.

Cowboy

Sarah, Teresa and I all got to have a traditional wild west meal at Buffalo Bill's Wild West show. I love sausages and beans. The waiter gave me my very own gold chocolate coin at the end of the meal, don't you love people who appreciate bears!

Buffalos Bill's Wild West Show

We got to go to the Buffalo Bill's Wild West show in Disneyland Resort Paris village. I had seen the film Hidalgo in which Frank Hopkins (Viggo Mortensen) was in the real Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show and this show was just like that. It was amazing with real horses, real buffalo, real indians and big piles of real horse manure. I wish that I could have gone down into the stadium to shoot the targets.

Is that a bear in the woods?

Here is the view from the room. Look at the greenery outside. I love greenery and scenery. When we move into our new home, I really want nice plants and trees in our garden. We have a pear tree already for the new house.

What is that bird doing in that tree?

Here is a picture of me looking out of the window from our room at the Sequoia Lodge. The room is great. You get the feeling that you are surrounded by trees and are in a forest.

Doesn't Teresa's reflection in the window look like a ghost?

Bouncy bouncy

We stayed at the Sequoia Lodge. It is a really nice hotel with big rooms and comfortable beds. I got to share my bed with Sarah. I like Sarah. :)

My first trip on Eurostar

For my birthday, Sarah, Teresa and I got to go to Disneyland Paris. We went from Harpenden to Waterloo and then caught the Eurostar train all the way to Disneyland Resort Paris. Here I am in front of the train at Waterloo.
