Leg Lifts

I was having problems finding a exercise machine to do my cardiovascular exercise. I attempted to do leg lifts, but with me having very shortly legs I couldn't even get my legs into place. I have to do at least 45 minutes of cardiovascular of work and 60 minutes of weight work. The weight work includes using the ab-roller and lunges.
